Q How does it work? It’s simple, you take a photo and add it to the directory. The phone uses ordinary caller line identity (Caller ID is a free service from some phone service providers) to match the number to the photo and display it when that person calls you. Dialling out is just the same as any other phone except you get to scroll through photos to find the person you want to call.
Q Do I need any other equipment? No, just a phone line with Caller ID enabled with your phone service provider and a power point.
Q Is this a video phone? No, only photos or pictures are shown when you are speaking to somebody.
Q Do I need broadband? No, you do not need broadband, the SimplaPhone works on any normal BT phone line.
